33997342 annual rate contract for maintenance work of civil items for different bridges at various location of surat city area. ( 3rd attempt ) 1 demolition and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift. ( i ) lime concrete. 2 demolition including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead & lift. ( i ) rcc work 3 demolition of brick work and stone masonary including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead & lift. ( ii ) in cement mortar. 4 removing / scraping of old detoriosted / cheaping of plaster work from old masonary wall including disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift. 5 dismentalling tiled or stone floors laid in mortar including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead & lift. 6 dismantling pvc pipe / a.c rainwater / g. pipes pipes with fittings and clamps including stacking the materials with all lead and lift. ( for all floors ) . 7 dismentalling g.i. chain link fencing including making rolls and also including dismentaling posts including all earth work concrete in base and making good the disturbed ground staking useful materials as directed and disposeing of the unserviceable materials with all lead and lift. 8 repairing of honey combed or spilling area by chipping out the damaged spalled or honey combed portion of concrete upto rusted rebars, cleaning of all rust, scale and loose materials, scaffolding, compressed air machinery etc. complete.
