(starting 08:30 am to 05:30 pm). vendors must provide 08 skilled manpower on daily basis to attend acs services. vendors must develop one skilled manpower who can manage supervisor job too for smooth operation and who can communicate with area in charge day to day job. all manpower has valid scrum pass as per amns sop. all house job cards should be maintained by vendor with resident signature. all acs services should cover once in a month. permit to work (ptw) system must be followed by the contractors personnel where required within amns premises. the contractor shall ensure all his staff are contractor for his personnel. although each person will be given the safety induction and will be familiar with the amns safety regulations, this will not deduct from the responsibilities of the chosen contractor to ensure that their employees work safely. any non compliance with these regulations will result in the termination of that manpower. the contractor shall make replacement of persons at no additional cost to amns. the performance of the contractor shall be monitored continuously to ensure they meet acceptable standards of service. if amns is not satisfied with the contractors work the contract shall be terminated, at no additional cost to amns. contractor shall be deemed to have full working knowledge and have obtained all necessary information and data of company facilities at which services are to be performed, including, where applicable, prevailing location, physical conditions, hygienic state, access, contingencies, and all other circumstances under which the services shall be performed. services contractor vehicles entering amns site shall be well maintained and should be as per amns safety standards and shall be inspected by company designated representative. the contractor shall ensure that his workforce is covered under the required insurance as per government rules and regulations. the contractors shall prepare the security gate passes for their personnel and furnish all information requested bypass issuing authority. other terms and conditions shall be as per amns rules and regulations. tools and tackles you shall ensure that all the tools and tackles deployed by you are certified by competent authority for use in factory. such certificate should be duly valid at all points of time. hse requirements you shall 200 they must appoint safety officer / professional on pro rata basis. the contractor appointing a person in name of supervisor who is non technical kept for the administrative work will not be considered as a technical supervisor or safety supervisor. administrative supervisor will not be assigned any technical work. for all job contracts, contractor must ensure suitable and sufficient technical supervision for all jobs being executed by him on exclusive basis for safe execution of work to the satisfaction of amns management. compliances worker’s accommodation, food, transportation from to site and medical/insurance shall be born by contractor. all the statutory compliance like workers minimum wage, bonus, pf, leave, esic, etc shall be in vendor scope. attendance verification based on amns scrum data. all the required ppe’s like safety shoes, hand gloves, goggles, reflective jackets, safety helmet, ear plug, etc must provide by vendor to all workers once in year. required workers uniform (4 pair per person) shall be in vendor scope once in year. during rainy season one time raincoat – 1 no per person shall be provided to all workers shall be in the scope of vendor. similarly, safety gum shoes/rainy shoes also provided once in year shall be in vendor scope. vendor must provide the one day weekly off to all workers and against this arrange the extra gate pass as per 365 days as a reliever. operation shall be run for 365 days including providing one day weekly off to all workers. vendor must follow the gate pass process for all workers as per amns policy. reward and recognition 500 rupees voucher for best performer once in month and birthday celebration once in month. food allowance, transportation allowance, washing allowance and hra should be the part of quotation. wc policy mandate for all contractual workers. contractual workers salary should be done by first week of every month, irrespective of the vendor received the payment or not.
