Cut edges of the compact sheet shall be provided with masking tape. Actual installed quantity shall be measured and paid. Rate shall be inclusive of all type of wastage. 6 HandleProviding & fixing SS 304 grade push-pull pair of handle of size 200 mm long x 19mm Dia made out of satin (brush) finish hollow pipe of 1.2mm thick having D shape/ H-shape/ offset (C or D shape), dent free at bending point of approved make with necessary screws etc. complete for any type of doors as per drawing as approved by Architect and Engineer-in-charge. 7 Providing & fixing SS 304 brush finish Tower bolt of 300mm height x 10 mm rod size of any shape and of approved make in any type of doors with necessary screws etc complete as approved by Engineer-in-charge. 8 Providing and fixing Mortise shaft dead bolt with key (Alen Key lock) with 57mm backset and 25mm square forend in stainless steel satin finish of approvedmake. 9 Fix Louvers and Fins (made out of Aluminium Section)Providing, fixing, designing aluminium fixed louver made of oval shape louver section of required thickness with aluminium framing of approved make having minimum 50 micron polyster powder coating on all the surfaces of approved shade, texture & make as per manufacturers specifications. Contractor shall submit the shop drawing for louver/ fins based on concept design/ drawing and as per elevation. Curing, polishing, finishing, buffingafter final polishing, maintaining upto handling ovre the project with floor protection sheet etc. complete upto the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Shade of kota stone and pattern of flooring shall be matched with adjacent existing flooring area.
