Area of work will be HBI Offices, and vendor has to extend the support by executing the job as instructed by In-charge / Head Administration. b. All Consumable with required spares items will be under the scope of the vendor. c. After receiving the work order, the vendor will start the work within 7 days, and work will be completed within 04 weeks. d. All Job-related Manpower and resources provided by vendor. e. Disposal of Scrap/debris after work will be vendor scope at location informed by the AMNS. f. All existing fittings and Doors /windows removal will be done. g. Permit to Work (PTW) system must be followed by the Contractors personnel where required within AMNS premises. h. Contractor shall ensure all his staff are aware of Company safety and fire regulations whilst on Company premises. i. Accommodation, transportation to and from work site, and medical/insurance shall be borne by contractor for his personnel. j. The contractor shall supply their manpower with Personal Protective Equipment, consisting of, but not limited to the following: - • Safety boots/shoes • Safety helmet • Safety glasses • Hearing protectors • Hand gloves • Any other special safety equipment shall be supplied by AMNS k. Although each person will be being given the safety induction and will be familiar with the AMNS Safety Regulations, this will not deduct from the responsibilities of the chosen contractor to the termination of that manpower. The contractor shall make replacement of persons at no additional cost to AMNS. k. Performance of the contractor shall be monitored continuously to ensure they meet acceptable standards of service. If AMNS is not satisfied with the contractors work the contract shall be terminated, at no additional cost to AMNS. l. Contractor shall be deemed to have full working knowledge and have obtained all necessary information and data of Company Facilities at which Services are to be performed, including, where applicable, prevailing location, physical conditions, hygienic state, access, contingencies and all other circumstances under which the Services shall be performed. Services m. Contractor vehicles entering AMNS site shall be well maintained and should be as per AMNS Safety Standards and shall be inspected by Company designated representative. n. The contractor shall ensure that his work force is covered under the required insurance as per government rules and regulations. o.
