Erection of insulation and cladding on equipment’s, tanks, ducts, and pipes in CGAL as per specification and drawings provided by OEM. 2. Rockwool mat (PRO ROX 960) (50-100) mm THK, with galvanised steel mesh and SS stitching wire density 100 KG/M³, with wire net and self-tapping screws, Aluminium sheet cladding. 3. Providing Skilled <(>&<)> sufficient manpower like supervisors, technicians, riggers, scaffolders, Helpers to complete job in given period. 4. All the required tools, tackles, machines with consumables will be in scope of contractor. 5. Insulation work will be in different sections of line at different heights from 0 to 30 meters. 6. Preparation of proper scaffolding platforms as per AMNS safety standards for insulation work will be in scope of contractor along with certified scaffold inspector. 7. All the work required to complete the job in totality but not mentioned in SOW will be in scope of contractor. 8. Shifting of insulation material from storage location to CGAL site. 9. Open package inspection of each package with OEM <(>&<)> AM/NS. 10. Preparation of Job Procedure/ITP/ WPS/PQR for work to be submit before commencement of work. 11. Supply of Welding machines, grinding machines, welding electrodes, grinding wheels. (Welding rods must be procured from approved vendors by AMNS) 12. Co-ordinate with AM/NS and equipment supplier for the planning of sequential and quality work execution in accordance with the best engineering practice. 13. Preparing <(>&<)> taking handing over protocols with mechanical erection contractor. 14. Contractor must store material properly at site and maintain proper housekeeping of working area <(>&<)> shift unwanted material at designated place. 15. All required consumables like - gas cutting cylinders (oxygen <(>&<)> DA), welding rods of all types (welding rods make must be approved from AMNS), cutting wheels, Highspeed vibrator with leads <(>&<)> needles, brick cutter <(>&<)> Muller (with hot standby mixture) etc in scope of contractor. 16. Sufficient illumination to be maintain when work is in progress. Lightening arrangement to be done by contractor, supply sufficient number of lamps, portable fans etc will be scope of contractor.
