ALL PAINTS, PUTTY, COLOR, THINER, PRIMER ARE IN VENDOR SCOPE PROPER SURFACE CLEANING BY POWERTOOLS TO REMOVE ALL RUST AND MATAL CHIPS. PROVIDING AND APPLYING 1 COAT OF EPOXY PRIMER (ASIAN / BERGER/JOTUN). PROVIDING & APPLYING TWO COATS OF EPOXY (ASIAN / BERGER/JOTUN), COLOR CODE WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE SITE INCHARGE. ALL CONSUMABLE & EQUIPMENTS ARE IN CONTRACTOR SCOPE. ALL SAFETY TO BE AQUIRED DURING JOB EXECUTION AT SITE. REQUIRE SCAFOLDING IS IN VENDOR SCOPE. IT IS REQUIRE FROM CERTIFY SCAFOLDING. SUPPLY OF SKILLED MANPOWER. REQ. ALL SAFETY MEASURES SOPs & PPES ARE TO BE FOLLOWED AS PER AM/NS NORMS AND ACQUIRED DURING THE JOB EXECUTION AT SITE. CONTRACTOR MUST TO ENSURE WORK AT HEIGHT PASS FOR ALL THE MANPOWER DEPLOYED AT THE JOB BEFORE START OF THE WORK. SUPERVISON OF THE SCAFFOLDING JOB AT SITE. * No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. * Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors to ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. * Associate has to undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor. AMNS has its own Secures Access system called SCRUM at Hazira Site which is use for processing the Gate Pass. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible for Taking Corrective Action for Any Notices of Violations Issued As A Result Of The Contractors Or Any Subcontractors Actions Or Operations During The Performance of this contract. *Statutory requirement and require documentations providing and maintaining parts is in vendor Scope as per iso standard.
