Tender For Augmentation Of Electrical Infrastructure In Old Smq Area At Af Stn Jamnagar ( Phase-Iii); 1 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of transformer of capacity 630 KVA Step Down Outdoor Type Copper wounded 11/0.433 KV (at no load) AC 3 phase 50HZ on secondary side double wound oil immersed naturally all air cooled (ONAN COOLED) with external cooling tubes /radiator ,delta connected as on primary and star connected with neutral brought on secondary) side and having tapping at (±) 2.5%,(±) 5% (±) 7.5% to be changed by hand operated OFF LOAD tap changing gear .The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree centigrade in oil and 50 degree centigrade in HV/ LV winding when measured by the resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temperature the transformer shall confirming to IS 1180 Part I : 2014 (Incl upto latest amd 2021) , Energy efficirncyLevel II (Max total losses at 50% load = 1745 Watt & 100% load = 4850 Watt) and manufacturer shall hold licence/ certificate from BIS to this effect. The transformer to tested at manufacturers site and test certificate to be submitted.
