Job to be carried out anytime (24X7, 365Days). § If vendor does not deploy the required specified quantity <(>&<)> quality of manpower as per RFQ or a person deployed is not reporting to the duty. § While normal duty hours are 8 per day, more than 16 hours continuous duty is not allowed on any day. § If safety violation during job execution. § A minimum 3% penalty will be applicable on a monthly bill value. § Penalties in two consecutive months will make contractor eligible for either termination of contract or penalty more than 10% on monthly bill value.
