Tender For Various Opn Jobs At Gal#1,2_Crm1_Cy25 000158043 10 10 10 VARIOUS OPN JOBS AT GAL 600,000 TO Email : Gaurang.Bhojani@edu.amns.in Contact : Name : Bhojani, Gaurang - AM/NS India - Academy Item Details : * SOW: - Providing of manpower for GAL lines operations on Rs./Ton basis. - As per operaion requirement, vendor has to supply riggers, skilled, semiskilled manpower for both GAL, GAL Finishing lines and Alloy furnace operations. - PPEs, required tools shall be in vendors scope. - Minimum tonnage guarantee is 46,000 Ton/Month. Clauses to be followed strictly for this contract: 1. Minimum Billing is revised to 46,000 Ton/Month. (Earlier it was 40 ,000 Ton/ Month) 2. Billing will be considered basis on production of both GAL lines in tonnage basis. 3. Minimum 1150 Man-days per month (for 30 days/month) (~ reciprocate Minimum Man-days for other months having 29 or 31 days) to be ensured from your end. (24 Manpower for Gal lines, 12 manpower for ACTL and 5 manpower for Alloy) – new clause 4. Penalty of INR 500/man-day will be levied in absence of minimum number of man-days/month as per point 3. – new clause 5. Scrum attendance will be considered for man-day counting. You need to provide scrum data with bill. (for few cases like short term replacement and starting couple of months will be counted manually) – new clause Area of work:CRM Scope of work includes VARIOUS JOBS FOR GALVANIZING AT CRM, as per the instructions/directions of area in charge. General Terms and Conditions It is the sole responsibility of vendor to deploy correct/right set of skilled resources as per competency matrix for all jobs/works being executed by him at various sites of Essar Steel Hazira Complex as indicated in MSA document. List of specific personal protective equipments (ppes) to be used for the job/work and the area of work. Tools and Tackles You shall ensure that all the tools and tackles deployed by you are certified by competent authority for use in factory. Such certificate should be duly valid at all points of time. *AMNS Safety Rule and Regulation as per Company Policy: • Work should be started only after taking authorized work permit. • Toolbox talk must be delivery before starting the job on daily basic. • Use certified portable hand electric machine. • Use certified lifting tools <(>&<)> tackles <(>&<)> it should be check before every use. • Ensure that all persons are wearing Safety helmet, safety shoe, safety goggles, face shield and cut resistance hand gloves. • Work should be carried out in close Supervision of Competent Supervisor. • The working area need to be cleaned to avoid the slipping hazards.
