Vendor will shift the material from yard to Site Location. (intimate one day before for hydra requirement) 2. Damaged Checker plate removal and new checker plate fixing as per existing floor. 3. Damaged checker plates will be cut into small sizes (below 1000*1000) shifted /Loaded in Damper for scrap. 4. After Getting the Order the vendor must complete the job as per AMNS timeline. 5. Vendor will remove the checker plate on phase manner with proper guarding as per AMNS guideline. 6. New Chequered plate will be fixed with Stiffener in bottom side and full welded. 7. Vendor will fix the net in bottom for safety measure. 8. In case of any problem in support structure, it will be rectified / replaced. 9. Toe Guard and handrailing removed during chequered plate removal will be re-fixed as per AMNS guideline. 10. All Workman ship will carry work at Height Pass. 11. Vendor will fix the lifeline 12. ALL PPE, consumables like gases, wire brush, grinding wheels, gas cutting nozzles are contractor 13. All tool and tackles are contractor scope. 14. Welding machine, grinding m/c, chain block and gas cutting are contractor scope. 15. PPEs including COVID 19 PPEs (face shield, goggles, nose mask, hand gloves, sanitizer) to be provided to associates. 16. All hospitality (breakfast, tea, lunch, snacks, dinner, and individual soap) is under vendor scope. 17. Full body medical check-up (valid for six months) is under vendor scope. 18. Full body safety harness with double harness must be used. 19. COVID -19 test to be done as per AM/NS instruction. 20. Manpower total transportation is under vendor scope (to be provided at site location as decided by AM/NS Engineer). 21. Vendor will use Safety Net (Metallic) and Lifeline at floor along with floor Guarding during plate replacement time. 22. Regular inspection <(>&<)> vehicle checklist to be maintained by all equipment operators and submitted monthly. 29. All equipment’s need to available in fit and fine condition at Corex site. 30. When billing, submit scrum report of operator for attendance verification. 31. Vendor must have technical and operational competence to provide required services. 32. Vendor must have work experience in heavy industries such as large steel plant, cement, mining or port operations. 33. Vendor must comply with all relevant local, state regulations, including health and safety standards. 34. Vendor must have sufficient fleet to allocate sufficient resources, including manpower, equipment, to meet plant requirements. (C) PENALTY Specific Penalty for nonperformance by vendor and must be cardinally measured. 1. A penalty will be imposed in case of noncompliance with HSE norms <(>&<)> Non-conformity of Work. 2. Violation of any safety norms will be penalized to the contractor. 3. Sleeping case of associates with penalty of minimum amount decided by PHSE if same case repeated the associates will be Suspended or terminated by Furnace in charges/Operation Head/HOD. 4. Misbehavior of Contractor associate with area Engineers/manager will be Penalized/ Suspended or terminated by Area in charges/Maintenance Head/HOD. 5.
