Maintenance of all the Equipment’s <(>&<)> its sufficient spares are in contractor scope. 2.Required number of Hand wheel trolley, spirit level, water level, belts slings for pallet handling, aluminum channel, trowels, Tamala, mason’s hammer etc. and their spares etc. are in the scope of the contractor. Safety related points 1.All HSE and safety related issues of associates should be under contractor’s scope. Supervision of job will lead all concerned safety aspect. 2.All the machines should be of latest technology (mixer m/c <(>&<)> Brick cutting m/c) under contractors’ scope should have proper guarding and interlock systems, limit switch etc. 3.Unauthorized mobiles are not allowed in company premises. if found any violations of AMNS safety rules, then strict actions will be taken by AMNS. 4.Bus or four-wheeler arrangement for movement of manpower from gate to respective shop floor is in Vendor scope. Scope of Work ConArc refractory works (AMNS) 1.All the refractory materials required for installation job will be providing by AMNS. 2.Supply of all basic design - drawings related to refractory installation work. 3.Electricity free of cost. 4.Crane for heavy material shifting inside the shop floor. 5.Required gate passes for manpower working at site. 6.Equipment like forklift, trailer, dumper etc. for material shifting will be provided by AMNS. 7.Natural gas for preheating purpose. 8.Adequate illumination of working area always. Specific Penalty for nonperformance by vendor and must be cardinally measured (contract cell to categorically mention the amount against each item) 1. For ConArc Job: In case of less men power/shiftØ Approved manpower/day is – 13*3 shift = 39 + 3 manpower in G shift=42 Approved man-hour/month - 42-manpower/day*3o days*8 hrs. shift= 10080 hrs. 85% of total man hours- 10080*0.85 = 8568 hrs. If attendance is below 8568 hrs., then the shortfall man-hours will be converted to manpower and 2000Rs/ manpower should be deducted from respective month bill. Ø Shell lining, online EBT change, EBT repaired <(>&<)> hot Repair, RH Vessel lining -If there is delay above approved stipulated time in any job because of contractor issue then amount of the job which is given to contractor converted in per hour amount and will be deducted on per hour basis which is extra taken by contractor. 2.For RH Job: If manpower is less than given approved manpower requirement than deduction should be pro reta basis. 3.Any safety violation, non-availability of PPE, Property damage, improper housekeeping- penalty should be imposed based on AMNS safety norms.
