(GARBAGE COMPACTOR & PRESSURE JET M/C, M60 ROAD SWEEPING MACHINE) Scope of Work- Venodr 1.Providing Operators and Helpers for Company Own machines. (Garbage compactor & Pressure Jet m/c, M60 Road sweeping Machine) for Plant area. This is various administration works as per our requirements and up to the satisfaction of the concerned AMNS officials. 2.Manpower Services should be provided for 10 Hours on working days from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Sunday, 365 days working, Manpower should be 100% gents only. 3.All Operators must have a heavy-duty license and at minimum 10 years of experience. 4.The helper should have experience in sewage cleaning, garbage cleaning and road cleaning. 5.Accommodation and transportation cost shall be in vendor scope. 6.Providing various services for Plant Admin as per our requirements and up to the satisfaction of the concerned AMNS officials. It is the sole responsibility of vendor to deploy correct/right set of skilled resources as per competency matrix for all jobs/works being executed by him at various sites of AM/NS Hazira Complex as indicated in MSA document. List of specific personal protective equipment’s (ppes) to be used for the job/work and the area of work. 7.Safety helmet – hdpe/ frp Spectacle type safety goggles with plain glass Disposal type dust/gas mask Hand gloves-14- canvas Earmuff - Ear plug - Chemical resistant pvc suit / apron Industrial safety shoes high ankle Your person should wear proper pep’s at the time of entering shop floor/plant<(>,<)> 8.The Contractor shall ensure the safety of all staff. 9.Operators and Helpers uniform, safety PPE and Raincoat under vendor scope. 10.if any violation found, serious action/penalty shall be imposed. 11.Below are the general conditions to be added irrespective of Job Based or Regular Manpower: 12.HSE Requirements You shall comply with the health, safety and environment policy as laid down by AMNS, Hazira details of which are as outlined in the master service agreement (MSA). In case of any violation found suitable penalty shall be imposed. Format of Invoice/ Running Bills. 13.Vendor shall submit the bills in the appropriate format as outlined in the master service agreement (MSA). Industrial Relations/ Statutory Rules and Regulations You shall strictly follow the guidelines of the industrial relations policy as outlined in the master service agreement (MSA). Noncompliance shall attract suitable penalties as defined in MSA. Supplied manpower may be used and within the parameter of Administration buildings and common area of plant. If required may be used outside the parameter as per instruction of In charge Administration/Head Administration. 15.Manpower will be used for . (Garbage compactor & Pressure Jet m/c, M60 Road sweeping Machine) plus day-to-day job as per Admin area in charge instruction or Admin area supervisor instruction for cleaning of roads, cleaning of common areas of plant premises, cleaning of drain culvert and cleaning of sewage chambers as per instruction of Admin area in charge. This is including common areas, garbage collection & waste disposal Management and sewage and drain chamber cleaning of Plant 10 MTPA area. 16.No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. 17.Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors to ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. 18.In case of manpower absenteeism and week off vendor will be provide alternative manpower or reliver. 19.The Contractor shall submit invoices on or before the 5th of each calendar month for processing, along with all required checklists, log sheets, and the Scrum report of manpower. 20.Enough number of relivers to be considered by the contractor as the requirement provided is according to full day working. Duty roasters to be made accordingly and vendor has to ensure weekly off is provided to all workers. Note that the manpower requirements are provided excluding of Relivers and needs to be additionally considered. 21.The contractor shall provide proper uniforms, safety shoes, helmets, safety jackets, and dust masks for all staff. Ensure that staff use and wear appropriate safety gear while working within the plant area. Scope of Work- AMNS 1 Day to day work instruction will guide by AMNS area supervisor/Incharge. 2 Company shall witness /arrange regular and periodical inspection of the above-mentioned jobs. 3 Company shall review the service performance periodically, and if the services are not found satisfactory, will dis-continue the contract. 4 AMNS area Incharge will select new candidates based on requirement. Specific Penalty for nonperformance by vendor and must be cardinally measured: Yes Absence of Manpower # 1. In case of short fall in agreed deployment, the invoice will be processed as per proportionate deployment. Payment shall be made as per actual deployment and minimum wage basis. In case absenteeism of manpower is more than 5% of total man days. In such condition Rs.100/per day per person will be levied on manpower on proportionate billing. 2. Manpower without Uniform and PPEs # If manpower was found without PPEs and Uniform than Rs.100/Day/Instance will be levied on vendors 1.Supply Operator for M-60 Machine, Pressure jet Machine and Garbage Compactor.
